The patient and family support team have skills and experience in health, social work, counselling and chaplaincy, offering a wide range or support services including:

Practical support e.g. benefits advice
- Assisting, if necessary, in arranging care services and support when patients go home from the Hospice
- Providing social, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their relatives
- Offering information and advice on a variety of issues
This support is available to patients and their families, both in the Hospice and in the community
