An In Memoriam donation can be a wonderful way to honour the life of someone special to you. All proceeds kindly donated in memory through a tribute fund will go to help the patients and their families of St Vincent's Hospice who need our care and support.

There are two ways in which you might like to donated through a Tribute Fund:

You can send a In Memory donation to St Vincent's Tribute fund via our Justgiving link http://www.justgiving.com/stvincents-inmem

OR

You can set up a Justgiving 'In Memory' page of your own where all donations come straight to St Vincents Hospice in memory of your loved one.
When you set up a Justgiving page people can leave messages of support and you can also see how much money has been raised in memory of your loved one.

To Make a Page:

• Go to www.justgiving.com/stvincents/raisemoney and click 'in memory pages'.
• Click 'Make your page'.
• If your new to Justgiving, fill in your details and choose a password.
• Choose your event or type of page and click select.
• Choose a web address for your fundraising page and click 'create your page'.
• Go to your account and personalise your page with a message, image and target is required.
• Next is to tell people about your page.
